Benjamin Rowe, General Manager
Benjamin has more than 15 years of experience in custom composites, as well as a degree in metal science. He oversees all on-site and field operations, scheduling, workflow, estimating, project management, and directs daily operations and production. He is a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers.
Chandler Rowe, Vice President
Chandler has more than 35 years experience in reinforced plastics in design, engineering, prototyping, tooling, quality assurance, training, safety standards control, workflow analysis, estimating, consulting, project management, and field supervision. He is a nationally certified CCT (Certified Composites Technician) and CCTI (Certified Composites Technician Instructor).
He is a senior member of the Society of Plastics Engineers, a 26-year member of the Society for Advancement of Materials and Process Engineering, and a former member of the Board of Directors of the American Composite Manufacturers Association, the nation's leading international association. Though semi-retired, he continues to be involved with special projects.
Nancy Rowe, President
Nancy manages the administrative and financial operations. She holds a baccalaureate degree from Lawrence University in Wisconsin and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
